I am really excited to announce that I will now be teaching at The Academy of Sport and Wellbeing at UHI in Perth. This is a gym based at Perth College, it is an amazing facility, I was a member for a long time.
One of the reasons that I am so happy to be teaching there is it that it is a gym that welcomes everyone, all the staff are friendly and approachable. I never felt out of place attending classes or working out in the gym - I am not a naturally athletic person!!
Pilates will be staying online for the time being, but as soon as we can get back to face to face classes we will!
